Before your dive and stay in Komodo with Dradon Dive Komodo, you must be sure that you are in a suitable physical condition for practicing scuba diving activities.
Before starting the course, each student must complete and sign a SSI Medical Statement or a FFESSM/CMAS Medical Statement, which includes a number of questions relating to your medical condition.
By answering the questions, you will discover if you’ll require a doctor’s check-up before taking to the water.

A “YES” ?

Answer each question carefully. If you are unsure of the answer to any of the questions, you should answer “yes”. Sign and date the bottom of your statement.

If any of the answers you give to the questions are “yes“, visit your doctor for a medical examination, taking your statement with you to show your doctor.

You must bring BOTH your signed Medical Statement and your doctor’s clearance with you to Komodo, as we are required to keep these with your training records.

As CMAS/FFESSM you will have to bring a Medical Statement from a Scuba diving Specialist Doctor’s.
